Welcome.

You’re not supposed to be okay, and that’s okay.

Reaching out for help is an act of courage. We are social beings as humans. This requires us to lean on one another during times of need.

To connect is to find comfort. To find comfort is to heal.

We all have a story— a story that reflects where we’ve been, where we are, and where we aspire to go. A counselor provides private, unbiased support to join you in the chapters— a trusting presence for your story to be heard and a place for you to make decisions with clarity.
